The bottom of Patong Hills has many accidents. Bigger vehicles brakes overheat on the way down the mountain and break apart. We got about 10-15 accidents a year involving big vehicles. Last one before this only 2 weeks ago. Miraculously the bus didn't hit anybody on the loose and all passengers was able to leave the bus, although some tourist was hurt and was taken to hospital.
